🖖 My name is Maarten Dalmijn and I’m obsessed with helping companies operate at the speed of their best ideas. This will become especially important in the age of AI, because many companies are🦖 Silosaurs — already obsolete and waiting for the AI meteor to strike.

Silosaurs are sluggish and incapable of figuring out what really matters for their customers and the business.

AI doesn’t solve this problem, in fact their problems only become worse when you add AI to the mix.

🖊️ My first book ‘Driving Value With Sprint Goals’ is an Amazon bestseller and has been translated in Chinese and Japanese. I’m currently busy writing a second book.

🎤 I regularly speak at conferences and company events. I’m also a frequent guest on podcasts. and on podcasts.
